Quality control

Production starts with raw material and depends on it to a great extent since the quality of raw material determines the quality of end product. Apart from purchasing raw material from a risk free, trustworthy supplier, raw material will further on be inspected on its arrival at the factory. 

Inspection and testing of raw material coming to the factory is carried out by the certified central laboratory. Only quality raw material will be used in production.

The next stage of control is tire production control. The existing quality control system presupposes control over technological process, quality of intermediate product on all levels. I.e. only high quality intermediate product is used for tire production.

The final stage of analysis is 100 per cent visual inspection, control on quality inspection lines and X-ray inspection facility as well as operational testing.
