Policy regarding the processing of «Belshina» cookies

1. General provisions
1.1  This policy has been developed taking into account the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on personal data protection and applies to all actions related to the processing of information obtained through cookies, including determining the procedure for processing cookies themselves.
1.2  The processing of information obtained using cookies is carried out by JSC Belshina (hereinafter referred to as the Company) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of personal data protection, information security, as well as internal local legal acts of the Company.
1.3  Cookies in this Policy mean text files stored in the browser of the visitor's device (user) of the Company's websites, which include: www.belshina.by , kzri.belshina.by , shinnik.by (hereinafter referred to as Sites or Site) and used by Sites for proper operation, security and analytics.
1.4  The provisions of this Policy apply only to and are published on the official Websites of the Company.

2. Categories of cookies
2.1  Cookies are divided into mandatory (technical) ones, which are necessary for the correct functioning of the Site and providing the user with the requested information, and optional ones, which include security and analytics cookies.
2.2  Security cookies are special files used to prevent unauthorized access to the site, the integrity of requests, as well as to protect users from malicious intruders.
2.3  Analytics cookies are used to collect Website visit statistics and improve the quality of services.
2.4  In terms of storage time, cookies can be:
•  session files are deleted when the browser is closed;
•  permanent — they are stored for a specified period, or until they are deleted by the user.

3. Legal grounds for cookie processing
3.1  Mandatory (technical) cookies, which are necessary for the correct functioning of the site, according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus 99-3 «On Personal Data Protection» dated May 7, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Law), are processed without the explicit consent of the user.
3.2  Optional (security and analytics cookies) are processed only after the user's approval, through explicit consent expressed by clicking on the «Accept» button of the pop-up cookie window.

4. Purpose of processing
4.1  The purpose of the Company's cookie processing is to ensure the convenience of users of the Company's Internet resources, the proper functioning of the Sites, ensuring the safety of Site visitors and collecting statistics.

5. The procedure for obtaining consent and managing settings
5.1  When visiting the Website for the first time, the user is given the opportunity to review this Policy, as well as either agree to the processing of cookies, or opt out.
5.2  The user is also given the opportunity to select specific cookies that will be processed by the Site by selecting the appropriate processed cookies through the cookie control.
5.3  The user has the right to revoke his consent to the processing of cookies using the cookie control.
5.4  At the end of the cookie storage period, the Company's website will again request the user's consent to the processing.

6. Processed information
6.1  Depending on the category of cookies processed, the Company may process the following information:
•  information about user actions on the Site;
•  technical parameters of the device and/or browser;
•  information about the sources of traffic to the Site;
•  other technical identifiers generated by the Website and/or the analytics provider.
6.2  The Company does not use cookies to identify the user.

7. Transfer of data to third parties and cross-border transfer
7.1  For the purposes of traffic analysis, measuring the effectiveness of advertising activities and assessing interest in products, the Company has the right to involve web analytics service providers (for example, Yandex.Metrica and/or other similar services) (hereinafter referred to as Suppliers).
7.2  As part of the use of such services, Suppliers may process information obtained when a user interacts with the Company's Websites, including:
•  technical parameters of the device and/or browser;
•  information about the sources of traffic to the Site;
•  other technical identifiers.
7.3  Depending on the analytical service used, cross-border data transfer is possible. By providing consent to analytical cookies, the User confirms awareness of the possibility of such transfer and consent to it in cases provided for by law.
