Control and testing of raw materials and supplies recieved by the company is carried out by the central plant laboratory, accredited for technical competence. Only appropriate raw materials and supplies are supplied directly into production.
The next stage of control is monitoring in the manufacturing process. The existing system of quality control provides for the control of compliance with the established technological process, quality of semi-finished products as in manufacture shops, and in consumer shops by workers, specialists of technical control departments, foremen of production shops, engineers of technical services of the enterprise. Thus, only appropriate semi-finished products are used in the manufacture of products.
The final stage of control is 100% acceptance of the finished products by external appearance, checking on the automated lines of quality inspection and X-ray defectoscopy units, as well as testing in the testing facility, in the volume and with the frequency, established in the normative technical legal acts.
Thus, the quality control system of the products manufactured by Belshina JSC includes control of the entire life cycle of tire production: from input control of raw materials to tests of finished products.
