Rubbers, carbon black, solid softeners, bulk ingredients of rubber mixtures are delivered by various means of transportation to preparatory workshops of plants where rubber mixtures are produced on mixing equipment under the control of automatic dosage and mixing process control devices.
After blends quality control they are delivered to the sections of tread, sidewall, breaker, and carcass profiled details production; to the calender workshop for rubberizing and cutting of textile cords and metal cords of different grades; to the sections of bead-ring production. Polyester and anidic cords are used in the tire carcass - one layer, metal cords - two layers - in the breaker.
Semi-finished products go to the assembly shops, where the tires are assembled on modern assembly complexes, which are used no more than 5 years.
Assembled («raw») tires are fed to the vulcanization shops. Vulcanization shops provide forming, vulcanization and, if necessary, stabilization of tires.
Finished products are subject to 100% visual quality control by Technical Control Department specialists, quality inspection lines and special testing equipment. Periodic analysis of each part of the tire, by destructive control (control cut) is carried out by technical experts of the company.
