Agenda:

• Report of the head of Belshina JSC on the company's financial and economic activity for 2022.
• Report of the Audit Commission of Belshina JSC for 2022.
• Report of the Supervisory Board of Belshina JSC for 2022.
• Approval of the annual report, the annual financial statements of Belshina for 2022, taking into account the conclusion of the Audit commission of the Company on the results of audit of financial and business activity of the company for 2022 and auditor's report on the results of audit of annual financial statements of the company for 2022.
• Distribution of profits (losses) of Belshina, the announcement and payment of dividends.
• Election of members of Belshina JSC Supervisory Board.
• Election of members of Belshina JSC Audit Commission.
• Determination of amount of remuneration for members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Commission of Belshina JSC.
• Approval of the new version of the Regulations on the Supervisory Board of Belshina Joint Stock Company.

The date of formation of shareholders register, based on which the list of persons entitled to participate in the Meeting is made - March 9, 2023.

The procedure for registration of persons entitled to participate in the Meeting: on the day of the Meeting from 10.30 to 10.55 in the place of the Meeting, upon presentation of an identity document, and the representative of the shareholder must have the power of attorney of this shareholder.

The place of familiarization of the persons entitled to participate in the Meeting with the information (documents) of the Meeting: on working days - Bobruisk, Minsk highway, 4, Belshina JSC, administrative and engineering building, room 811 (Property and Securities Management Bureau), on the day of the Meeting - at the place of the Meeting.

The time for familiarization of the persons entitled to participate in the Meeting with the materials on the agenda of this Meeting: from March 23, 2023 to March 29, 2023 (working time - from 8:30 to 17:00) or March 30, 2023 at the place of the Meeting (from 10:30 till the end of the Meeting).

The time for familiarization of the persons entitled to participate in the Meeting with the information about the Belshina JSC activity for 2022: from 10.03.2023 to 29.03.2023 (working time - from 8:30 to 17:00) or March 30, 2023 at the place of the Meeting (from 10:30 to the end of the Meeting).
